The 2013 SA National Duathlon Championships (incl the African Continental Duathlon Championships). The Championships will take place at the Kopanela Indoor Centre, SANDF Army Base, Potchefstroom, North West on 5th May 2013.

This event will also incorporate the SA Long Distance Duathlon Championships

The event venue is located on the corner Meyer Street and Boundary Street (opposite the Medi Clinic), Potchefstroom.

A)     SA LONG DISTANCE DUATHLON CHAMPS – ALL LONG DISTANCE ATHLETES TAKE NOTE

 

Any Central Gauteng Athlete who was not selected for the CGT Olympic Distance Team can compete in the SA Long Distance Champs being held on the same day as the Olympic Distance Championships in Potchefstroom.

Athletes wanting to do the Long Distance Championships will have to fill out the Athlete response Form (Click here) and follow all processes required by the CGT Team Members in terms of Entry Payments, Indemnity Forms and so on. Those Members who were not selected for the Olympic Distance Event will have to wear a plain Tri Suit or alternatively their CGT Provincial Tri Suit if they have been selected for previous CGT Teams and already have a current CGT Tri Suit. See our current Kit Examples – Click here

Lastly, all those Athletes who were selected for the CGT Olympic Distance Team, can if they so wish, compete in the SA Olympic Distance Champs and still be eligible for selection to the TSA Long Distance Duathlon Team but you also have to notify us of your request by way of the response in the aforementioned Athlete response Form.
